We ship our products from our New York and Chicago offices and offer free local pick-up from our store at Westfield World Trade Center. Choosing in-store pickup is a great way to avoid any shipping charges for your order. Delivery within Manhattan is also free for orders that are over $50.
If, however, you stay elsewhere in the Continental US, you can enjoy free shipping for orders over $350. We provide a 14-day return period wherein you can exchange or return any items (as applicable) by covering the shipping charges.
